One kitchen,open all day
In an airport hotel, meal times follow flight times. Ours opens at half past six in the morning and does not close after midnight.
Breakfast buffet
Börek and poğaça baked that morning, village cheeses, olive-oil vegetables, an egg station and fresh juice. If you leave before the buffet opens, ask the desk for a night breakfast box and it will be waiting in your room.
Restaurant
À la carte in the evening. Everyday Turkish cooking sits on the same menu as the lighter plates people want before a long flight. Tell us in advance for vegetarian or gluten-free and we will have it ready.
Café and library
The café beside the lobby stays open through the day. A few armchairs in front of the shelves, a quiet corner by the fireplace — for working through a connection, or for doing nothing at all.
